Your estimate

Gross revenue, profit and your capital estimate

Understand what to enter in rédito’s estimator, how the 80% to 120% range works and what the result does not mean.

The starting point

Sales help describe the business. Alone, they do not establish what you can repay or what a provider would approve.

Enter revenue, not profit or every deposit

For this estimator, monthly gross revenue means business revenue before expenses. Profit is a different figure. Not every bank deposit is a sale: a loan, an account transfer or an owner contribution does not become sales revenue simply because it appears in the bank.

Use accounting or sales reports and confirm with your accountant how to treat returns, discounts and collected taxes. If months vary widely, use a representative recent period and bring the detail to a later conversation.

Understand the estimator’s rule

rédito’s general educational range uses 80% to 120% of the monthly gross revenue entered. It applies to every industry in the estimator; it is not a provider approval formula.

Hypothetical example

With $25,000 in monthly gross revenue, the rule produces a $20,000 to $30,000 range: $25,000 × 0.80 and $25,000 × 1.20. This is neither an offer nor a measure of repayment capacity.

When no amount appears

The estimator requires at least $7,500 in monthly gross revenue, 3 months in operation and a business bank account. If any condition is unmet, it does not show an amount. It asks you to check the information and try again if there was an error.

These are filters for this rédito tool. They are not universal requirements for all products or providers. Passing them does not mean approval.

What still needs evaluation

The estimator does not verify credit, margins, cash flow, obligations or provider criteria. The structures and amounts displayed are illustrative and may not be available. A business with high sales can still have little cash after expenses.

  • Check that your inputs are accurate.
  • Explore each structure’s page to understand how it works.
  • Prepare recent revenue, obligations and intended use of capital.
  • Compare any actual proposal by cost, payments and terms.

The result starts a conversation; the provider’s evaluation determines whether an option exists and on what terms.
